As an agency, we only operate from February 2018, but we have been operating in the shipping sector since 2008. We provide part time jobs, permanent employment or job mediation for a one-time fee, which, of course, is payed by the shipowner.
In this, relatively short time, we have managed quite a lot compared to other similar companies. We have all (mandatory) certificates, licenses and permits to legally function as an employment agency (as the only agency in the EU). To date, we have more than 100 PERMANENT employees in permanent employment and more than 50 self-employed persons. In addition, we also offer Swiss and soon Luxembourg employment conditions.
We operate several offices, one of them in Slovakia in Hlohovec, where the company’s headquarters is located, and where we also have six permanent employees who are responsible for accounting, HR, and logistics. The second of our offices is in the Czech Republic in the town of Děčín, not far from the shipbuilding school, with which we work closely. At this office, we have three employees who are responsible for communication with clients as well as HR and logistics. At the Děčín office, we also have a larger part of our vehicle fleet. Finally, we also have a branch in Switzerland and Luxembourg.
