What does your badge reader do?

The badge reader(s) you receive as an exhibitor during your participation are intended to enhance the visitor experience.  With these readers, visitors can easily gather information about your organization, products and perhaps even vacancies. The number of badge readers you recieve, depends on the chosen EasyGo package. When scanned, the badge readers sends the exact information which you have uploaded in your My Easyfairs profile, allowing you to retain control over the information shared with visitors. 

How does it work?

Visitors can easily scan your badge reader on the stand with their badge (which they receive when entering the exhibition floor). As a result, they receive your product and company information (which you have uploaded via My Easyfairs) via e-mail at the end of the day.

Visitors who have not spoken to you can easily receive your product and company information via e-mail by simply scanning your badge reader with the badge they receive upon arrival.

Encourage the visitor experience

Visitors who scan their badge, receive your information digitally. Very useful for immediately sharing this data with their colleagues and acquaintances via e-mail or social media.

More contacts and possibilities

To generate optimal leads you can combine the use of your badge reader with the Visit Connect app (available from GoLeads). This puts you in the lead as you are able to scan the badges of interesting visitors with whom you spoke during your participation. In the app you can add notes and make comments so that follow-up conversations become easier. In addition, encourage your visitors to scan your badge reader in order to exchange information with visitors whom you have not spoken to. If you have GoLeads, GoPlus or GoPremium, you will receive a list of details of the visitors who have scanned your badge reader.

Simplify your follow-up after the exhibition

Included with GoLeads , GoPlus or GoPremium , you will receive a list of visitors who digitally collected your business information. You don't long have to work with the time-consuming entry of business cards or contactforms.

How does the Smartbadge work?

What should you do during the exhibition?

  1. Place the badge reader on your stand, in the view of your visitor, easily accessible and at the right height for easy scanning. Need advice? We are happy to help!
  2. The batteries of the badge reader will last a whole fair.
  3. Return the badge reader at the end of the day on the last exhibition day.
  4. If you have GoLeads, GoPlus or GoPremium, you will receive the list of visitors who have scanned the badge reader(s) at your stand. You can also request this information via My Easyfairs.

If you have GoVisibility, you can still upgrade to another package to get the list of visitors who have scanned the badge reader(s) at your stand. If you upgrade on time, you can also benefit from other features, such as the Visit Connect App. 

N.B. The badge reader that you rent remains the property of Poken NV. Non-returned badge readers will be charged at€ 500.
