Stand type
Easyfairs offers different stand types. Here you can find all practical information per stand type:
All-in stand
The All-in stand consists of the following components:

Booth walls: White panels in an aluminum frame. Wall height including frame is 250 cm. Visible area of white panels in frame: 240 cm high and 95 cm wide.

Frieze strip: Aluminum strip on the aisle side for mounting LED spots.

LED spots on rail: 6 spots per 2 linear meters.

Nameboard: 1 green nameboard with company name and booth number.

Carpet tiles: Anthracite-gray carpet tiles.

Booth cleaning: Daily vacuuming of the free floor area of the standard floor.
If you are not satisfied with the booth setup upon arrival, report it to the exhibitor reception so it can be resolved before the event starts.
Additional options for All-in stand
Check the webshop or Event Services for alternative options for the All-in stand, such as:

- If you do not want a fascia board, please inform Event Services (eventservices@easyfairs.com) no later than 10 days before the start of the event.
- Removal of the fascia board is possible subject to conditions. This depends on the stand size and stand types of adjacent stands.
- If the fascia board is omitted, the LED spotlights and nameplate will no longer be provided.
Rules and guidelines for all-in stand
Stand building
- Screwing, drilling, and nailing into the stand walls is not allowed.
- The use of tape on the walls and frames that leaves tape residue or removes the coating when removed is not permitted.
- In case of damage to the walls, frames, and/or fascia boards, a charge of €50.00 per linear metre will be applied.
Carpet
- Removal of carpet tiles must be requested in advance through the webshop. If you remove carpet tiles from the stand yourself, the costs will still be charged.
- When using sand, bark, and other contaminating materials in the stand, it is mandatory to protect the carpet tiles with foil or an alternative protective underlay. In case of contamination or damage to the carpet tiles, a charge of €50.00 per square metre will be applied.
Stand design
- When placing your stand objects in the all-in stand, please take the following height dimensions into account:
- Maximum construction height: 4.5 metres.
- Maximum display height for logos and visuals: 4 metres.
- Rigging above the all-in stand is permitted. Suspension points, etc., can be requested via the webshop or Event Services. Rigging must be arranged through us and is carried out by Decoriginals. Check the floor plans for no rigging zones.
- Furnishing the all-in stand is only allowed within the boundaries of the rented stand space. It is not permitted to place objects in the aisle outside the stand.
- Open sides bordering the aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% due to sightline considerations.

Guidelines for own stand construction
Hall 1 High construction: 4.5 metres
Hall 2 Low construction: 4.5 metres
Hall 2 Next Level: 4.5 metres
Halls 1 to 7 and Klepperzaal: 4.5 metres
Event Hall Gorinchem: 4 metres
Event Hall Hardenberg: 4 metres
Open sides bordering aisles may be closed up to a maximum of 50% due to sightline considerations.
If you want to provide an in-line stand with your own stand construction, please take the net internal dimensions into account.
Net internal dimensions: -5 cm plus -1 cm per metre of stand wall. (For example: an in-line stand 3 metres wide has a net internal dimension of 2.92 m)
