You have a MBO level 4 Electrical Engineering degree, at least 3 years of experience, can read drawings, speak Dutch, and have a B driving license. English and German are a plus. The captain or shipping company has reported a problem in his navigation or communication equipment to us and that is where you come in. You drive or fly to the customer in your company car or by plane and talk through his report with him. Then you go to work to find and solve the problem.
