Event Services - Practical information

To make your participation at Maritime Industry as “easy” as possible, we will provide you with information about the set up and dismantling days, logistics, exhibitor reception, and additional orders.

Set up and dismantling days

Maritime Industry takes place on May 17, 18 and 19, 2022, in Evenementenhal Gorinchem. Delivering large equipment By appointment the delivery of machines and large equipment is possible on May 14, 2022.  Set up days for exhibitors working with external stand builders 
  • Saturday May 14, 2022: 08:00 – 17:00
  • Monday May 16, 2022: 08:00 – 17:00
Dismantling days for all exhibitors and external stand builders
  • Thursday May 19, 2022: 21:15 – 00:00
  • Friday May 20, 2022: 08:00 – 14:00

Logistics during set up and dismantling days

Route during set up and dismantling days
  •  Take the exit Gorinchem-Oost
  • Follow P2 to Evenementenhal Gorinchem
  • At the traffic lights, drive straight on to Spijksesteeg
  • After the trafic lights, take the first road left
  • Follow this road to arrive at the place of destination
Large trucks and delivery vans longer than 6 meters always need to follow this exact route. Smaller vehicles can also drive towards the main entrance.
You can load and unload at:
  • Loading door 1
  • Loading door 3
  • Loading door 5
After you emptied your vehicle it needs to be removed from the loading doors and placed in one of the empty parking spaces on the parking lot so that everyone can load and unload as soon as possible. You need to have your stand construction disassembled and discharged before May 20, 2022, at 14:00. You will have time to disassemble your stand construction through the night. Storage spaces and rented closets need to be emptied out before May 22, 2022. Do not leave any valuable belongings behind in your stand.

Exhibitor reception

The exhibitor reception is located at the side of Evenementenhal Gorinchem. This separate entrance is only for exhibitors and gives the following opportunities and benefits:
  • Entrance is only available for exhibitors.
  • You can get your personal Touch & Collect reader here (EasyGo).
  • Exhibitor badges, parking tickets, dinner vouchers, and potentially ordered WI-FI packages can be collected here.
  • Did you forget anything? At the exhibitor reception you can place additional orders.
  • Small carts and bale trucks can enter here as well (this is not allowed at the main entrance)

Badges, parking tickets and parking places

Badges stand personnel The badges are necessary to enter the trade show. You can register your stand personnel beforehand at My Easyfairs. With the printed barcode you can get your badges from Monday May 16, 2022, at the exhibitor reception. By registering beforehand you will prevent waiting lines when picking up these badges. Parking / Parking tickets (exit tickets) Parking tickets that are ordered beforehand or parking tickets that are included in your package can be picked up from Monday May 16, 2022, at the exhibitor reception. Extra parking tickets can be ordered via the webshop in My Easyfairs or on site via a parking machine.

Additional orders

You can still order additional items via the webshop on My Easyfairs until  May 9, 2022, 17:00 o’clock. Extra furniture, spots, electricity, and such can still be ordered during set up days. Keep in mind that not all the items will be available or in stock. To prevent disappointment, we advise you to order your items before May 9, 2022, via the webshop

Electricity

There is no standard electricity included in your participation. If you ordered electricity, we gladly point out the following:
  • The lighting, which is included in your participation, will be on and will be connected to a separate electricity connection.
  • With 230V connections there will be one power point available. You need to bring your own extension cords and power strips, when you need multiple terminals.
  • With 400V connections there will be one CEE power plug available. If necessary, you need to bring your own distribution box. Possible 400V connections that are available are 32A, 63A, and 125A (limited amount available, only on request).

Compressed air

If you ordered compressed air, we would like to point out the following;
  • Compressed air is conditioned and will be delivered with pressure between 6.0 bars, ½ ‘’max. 250 l/m, including a 5 meter hose.
  • You must take care of the compressed air connection into the machine yourself. Make sure that you bring the right equipment (torques).
  • Machines working with compressed air can be tested on the last set up day, May 17, 2021. 
  • Branching on the delivered connections is not allowed.

Water

If you ordered water supply and/or drainage, we would like to point out the following:
  • The water connections are equipped with a washing machine tap with a diameter of ¾. The connection will not be equipped with a GEKA link.
  • If you make use of water (still, supply and/or drainage), it is mandatory to use a chlorine tablet in order to prevent legionella.
  • You must take care of connecting the water connection into the machine yourself. Make sure that you bring the right links.
  • Machines working with water can be tested on the last set up day, May 17, 2021. 
  • Water is conditioned and will be delivered with pressure between 0 and 4.0 bar.
  • Branching on the delivered connections is not allowed.
  • For the drainage, there will be made use of a receptacle (measurements H: 49cm, L: 82cm, and B: 57.5cm), where a submersible pump is placed.

Printing

If you ordered any printing, we would like to point out that printed panels, seamless prints, and banners can be taken with you after the trade show. Please inform us if you want to take the printing home with you, so we can dissemble this for you. Printing that is still present in the stand after May 21, 2021, will be considered garbage.

Storage/packaging

If you ordered storage space, you will need to fill in the packaging form, which can be done at the exhibitor reception.

Internet

WI-FI To make the WI-FI network function as good as possible, we ask you to only use the WI-FI connection to check your mail and for normal internet traffic. The connection is not suited for live streaming, VPN connections, or downloading of big data. It is not allowed to establish your own wireless network from the exhibitor network; this disturbs the reception of the WIFI. The free wireless network is EVH_Open. If your participation depends on a good internet connection, we advise you to order wired internet or a WI-FI package.

Network drink

On Wednesday May 18, 2022, from 21:00, you are welcome at our network drink at Next Level.

Packages

We are not authorized to sign and take packages of exhibitors that are delivered. We, therefore, advise you to send the packages to your own postal address. We wish you good luck with the latest preparations and we are looking forward to see you in Gorinchem!
