Event Services offers various options to furnish and decorate your stand, such as:

Depending on the stand location (corner, in-line, end, or island stand), there are various possibilities. All available upgrades can be found in the brochure.

Corner stand

A corner stand borders on two sides with an aisle. These sides are open and provide visitors access to the stand. The other two sides are provided with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised, for example, with prints and upgrades.

In-line stand

An in-line stand borders on one side with an aisle. This side is open. The other three sides are provided with walls (all-in stand) and can be personalised, for example, with prints and upgrades.

Head stand

An head stand borders on three sides with an aisle. These sides are open and offer sightlines into the stand from three directions. The rear wall is provided with a wall (all-in stand) and can be personalised, for example, with prints and upgrades.

Island stand

An island stand borders on four sides with an aisle and therefore has a very open character. There are various options to personalise an island stand, for example, with personalised objects above the stand.

Technical facilities

Electricity

Electricity connections can be requested through the webshop. The use of a personal generator is not permitted.

For machines with a frequency controller, an electricity connection for machines must be requested via the webshop.
Electricity connections will be switched off after the event closes. If machines require electricity 24 hours a day, please request night power via the webshop.

Water

Water supply and/or drainage can be requested through the webshop. It is not permitted to use water from fire hoses. Standing water in the stand is only allowed if you comply with the rules regarding legionella prevention.

Water temperature must be kept below 25°C or above 50°C. Measure the temperature every two hours and keep a logbook of this.
Water pipes and equipment that spray water must be flushed regularly, especially if they have not been used for a long time.
Disinfect water installations with chlorine or other biocides.
Document and register all activities and measures taken for legionella prevention.

Compressed air

Compressed air is available:
From the last build-up day at 13:00 until one hour after closing time on the last event day.

If you need compressed air earlier and/or for a longer period, please contact Event Services.

Internet/WIfi

Through the webshop, we offer wired internet and Wi-Fi. See the webshop for the different options.

It is not permitted to set up your own wireless network.

If you depend on a stable internet connection, we recommend requesting a wired internet connection instead of Wi-Fi.

Rigging

Give your stand even more visibility from a distance without compromising the available floor space by hanging banners, lighting, AV equipment, or objects above the stand.

You can request trusses, lighting, suspension points, etc., via the webshop or Event Services. All hanging points are provided by our preferred supplier Decoriginals. Attaching objects to the building yourself is not permitted for safety reasons.

Unfortunately, rigging is not possible at all locations within the venues. Please refer to the floor plan of Event Hall Gorinchem for the rigging and no rigging zones.
