Access & booth staff
Below you will find all important information about access to the event during setup, teardown, and the event days themselves. Make sure you are well prepared and follow all access rules.
Stand staff
Register your booth staff in advance via My Easyfairs (Manage the booth – Booth staff – Manage staff). During setup, you can collect the badges at the exhibitor reception using the barcode.
Catering vouchers
All exhibitors receive 2 catering vouchers per event day, granting access to the exhibitor restaurant. Any additional catering vouchers can be ordered through the webshop. The catering vouchers, including any extra ordered vouchers, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last setup day and the first event day.

Dinner: 17:00 – 19:30
Parking tickets
All exhibitors receive 2 parking tickets per event day, allowing free exit. Need extra parking tickets? Order them in advance through the webshop or on-site at the parking machine. The parking tickets, including any extra ordered tickets, can be collected at the exhibitor reception on the last setup day and the first event day.
Accessibility
With the car
Gorinchem junction (A27/A15) towards Nijmegen (A15). Take the Gorinchem-East exit (exit 28). At the traffic lights, turn left and follow the dynamic signage.
Parking
Around Evenementenhal Gorinchem, there are 2,200 parking spaces where you can park your vehicle for €9 per day. Coming by bike? There is also a free bicycle parking area on the lot.
Public transport
Evenementenhal Gorinchem is easily accessible by public transport.* From Gorinchem station, take bus line 387. Get off at the nearest stop, De Griendweg, and it’s only an 8-minute walk to Evenementenhal Gorinchem.
