Webshop rates

Order on time to benefit from the low early booking rate. See the deadline for the early booking rate.

After the early booking rate expires, a surcharge of 30% applies. Certain products, such as printing, can only be ordered during the early booking period.

lacing additional orders after the webshop has closed is only possible during the build-up at the exhibitor’s desk.

Please note:

  • A surcharge of 100% applies for requesting technical facilities during the build-up.
  • Only a limited assortment is available during the build-up and while supplies last.
  • Deliveries of additional orders via the webshop will always take priority over orders placed during the build-up.

Cancellations of additional orders can be made up to 15 days before the start of the event. After that, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. Printing work such as seamless prints, printed panels, and stickers cannot be cancelled.

Webshop items are on a rental basis and therefore remain the property of Easyfairs Nederland BV and/or the suppliers. In case of damage and/or loss, the costs will be charged to the exhibitor.
