Specifications
If you have ordered printing work, you must submit the designs on time. Check the deadlines for when the designs must be received by us and see below for the submission specifications.
Seamless prints
The fabric of seamless prints is the property of the exhibitor (excluding the frame). If you wish to keep the fabric after the event, it must be taken immediately after the last event day. The fabric can be easily removed from the frame by pulling the small loop at the bottom corner.
Fabrics still in the frames one hour after the last event day will be removed and taken away for recycling and will no longer be retrievable.
Submitting print files:
Graphic files can be uploaded via our event uploader. After placing an order, you will receive a direct link by email along with more information about uploading the files.

Printed stand panels
Printed stand panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (excluding the frame). If you wish to take the stand panels, you must inform the exhibitors’ reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The panels must be taken immediately after the event. Unfortunately, storage of the panels is not possible.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first event day that you want to take the stand panels, they will be recycled immediately after the event.
Other printing work
The specifications for other printing work such as banners All-in Plus, printed fascia boards, Easy Eyecatchers prints, counter stickers, etc., will be provided after ordering the desired product.
All banners, printed fabrics, and panels can be taken by the exhibitor after the event if desired (excluding the frame). If you want to take the printing work, you must inform the exhibitors’ reception or Event Services before the end of the first event day. The prints must be taken immediately after the last event day.
Dismantling will be done by Easyfairs and/or the respective supplier. Unfortunately, storage of printing work is not possible.
If it is not indicated before the end of the first event day that you want to take the printing work, it will be removed and recycled immediately after the event.
