Tank-Eye Wins Innovation Award at Maritime Industry 2025
GORINCHEM – At Maritime Industry 2025, Tank-Eye from Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht was named the winner of the Innovation Award. Visitors to the trade show voted in large numbers and selected Tank-Eye’s camera system as the most groundbreaking innovation.

In the specially designed Innovation Gallery at Next Level, eight forward-thinking organizations presented their latest developments to the public. Visitors had the opportunity to take a closer look at the innovations and cast their votes.
Tank-Eye was honored for its revolutionary Tank-Eye Camera, the world’s first and only fully certified camera system that allows inspectors to safely view the interior of non-gas-free cargo tanks. By using the unique Tank-Eye Vapor Lock Valve, users can take 360° photos without exposure to product vapors. This not only increases safety for employees but also eliminates emissions during inspections—a major step toward more sustainable inland waterway transport.
