      Rubber Design specialises in anti-vibration technology. Founded in 1979, the Dutch company combats vibration and noise problems by isolating the source of the disturbance.       The SAB has been designated by the Ministry of Infrastructure and the Environment as National Institute to ensure the creation and maintenance of a network of waste collectors for the collection and further removal of waste from professional inland shipping (with the exception of cargo residues) and the collection of waste management contribution made mandatory in the Shipping Waste Convention. The SAB also has the task of providing, checking and further handling of sailing documents - such as service books, sailing time books, oil delivery books, etc. - for inland vessels and / or crew members of these ships.
