QUICK RELEASE COUPLINGS
Wide range of quick release couplings for every medium. Quick release couplings were developed so that a coupling could be made or disconnected quickly between two components, by means of a male and a female coupling. Commonly used quick release couplings in hydraulics are push-pull and the screw-on version. Quick release couplings are available in steel and stainless steel 316, in several brands, including Snap-tite, Stucchi and Faster. • Push-pull couplings (ISO-A / ISO-B). • Screw-on couplings. • Flatface couplings. • Auger couplings. • Air couplings. Push couplings: Two quick release coupling halves (male and female part) are coupled by pushing the male coupling into the female coupling. Screw-on couplings: Two quick release coupling halves (male and female part) are coupled by means of a screw thread. This system enables coupling under pressure, if necessary. These quick release couplings were designed for heavy-duty applications.

HOSE PROTECTION
Various products are available in the field of hose protection. Mainly: • Protective spring. • Plastic spiral guard. • Stainless steel braid. • Texsleeve. We can also supply a fire-resistant or hard-wearing cover.

VALVES
Ball valves are probably the most commonly used valves for open/closed applications in process installations. Their success is due to the relatively simple, maintenance-friendly design which means that the valves are very versatile, have a high flow capacity and can easily be automated, thanks to their quarter turn action. We offer a wide range: • Ball valves. • Needle valves. • Throttle valves. Available in: • Steel. • Chromium-plated brass. • Stainless steel 304. • Stainless steel 316.

ADAPTERS
An adapter is the ideal solution for connecting components with each other when they have no direct way of coupling due to the type of connection. Adapters make it possible to create a transition between different types of screw-thread and forms of connection in the right way. Adapters are available in steel, brass and stainless steel. Types of screw-thread are available in many different combinations: • Metric • BSP • NPT • JIC • UNF • SAE • ORFS

HOSE FITTINGS

STAUFF Form Tube Forming System
In technical terms, the DIN couplings in combination with the Stauff-Form system are the most reliable and safe solution. This connection does not consist of loose components that can come loose from the tube, the Form system creates a raised edge from the material of the tube which fully secures the standard nut. The Stauff ring also comes standard with a Viton seal for both an elastic and steel-to-steel connection. The elastic seal is completely enclosed in the 24 ° cone, the steel part of the ring is sealed on the flat side of the coupling. (See image for clarification) In addition, the machine is suitable for both steel and stainless steel connections. More information about this system and the machine can be found in the attachments and the video in the link. In addition, you can always contact us via 088-4040500 or info@jb-hydraulics.nl
