Pump repair

As the official distributor of Azcue Pumps you can always call on us for the maintenance of these pumps. For repairs and/or overhauls you can also call on us for pumps of other makes. In example, we regularly repair Allweiler, Desmi, Nijhuis and Johnson pumps. It can also happen that pumps can no longer be repaired. In that event we can usually deliver a suitable equivalent by Azcue Pumps, straight from our stock.

Compressors and Compressor Repair

At Reikon we can also take care of repairs to your ERVOR compressor. We have an extensive stock of spare parts and have all instruments and machines to complete your repairs as soon and as good as possible. Even when a new compressor is the only option, we can immediately and adequately provide you with a solution. Reikon understands that seafaring requires robust products that you can rely on. We therefore offer the G05-ELD and G06-ELD start-air-compressor. Both compressors are air-cooled and, together with an electric motor, welded onto a steel foundation. The sets are fully automated (possibly manually powering on/off) by virtue of a press stat, set to 20/30 (or 30/40) bar, and equipped with; check valve, safety valve and all connecting pipes between these parts.

For over 30 years, we have been recognized as a specialist in pumps for the maritime sector. Since 1991, we have been the official importer of Azcue Pumps for the Dutch market. Azcue Pumps, also known as Bombas Azcue, manufactures pumps specifically designed for the machinery rooms of seafaring vessels. With a history dating back to 1910, this North-Spanish manufacturer boasts its own foundry and a state-of-the-art machine park. Our extensive range of pumps includes centrifugal pumps as well as worm-drive pumps. Whether you need ballast pumps, cooling water pumps, or fuel and grease pumps, Azcue Pumps offers solutions that can fulfill the requirements of almost any ship.

UV sterilizers

Reikon supplies German robustness and reliability with the UV sterilizers from Ueberall GmbH. These UV sterilizers are especially developed for the disinfecting of drinking water aboard seafaring vessels. There are four types available in the UBK series: The UBK-1 to -4 with, respectively, a capacity of 4, 6, 9 and 19 m3/h. The UBK series is well known for being compact and reliable, and is recognized by its simple yet robust design. Owing to the frame-mounted control box with LCD indicator for the remaining number of burning hours of the lamp, the UBK is also very user-friendly and easily maintained. The UBK series is Germanischer Lloyd approved. Ueberall UBK series components can be delivered by us, directly from our stock.

Reikon is the exclusive distributor of Headway Oceanguard in the Netherlands, specializing in a ballast water treatment system that utilizes electrocatalysis, also known as AEOP (Advanced Electrocatalysis Oxidation Process).
