About us
Ruijtenberg Shipyard (with a transverse slope of 110 meters, 2 outfitting/repair quays and jetty) meter distinguishes itself more and more with its multifunctional character, whereby repairs, modifications, constructions and completion and new construction of all kinds of floating equipment are part of the daily activities, and all that in one location. In fact, the work can be divided into maintenance & repair / construction & technology / new construction & outfitting / and from 2022 also service on location.

Wheelhouses
Wheelhouses The Ruijtenberg Shipyard wheelhouses are made of high-quality materials and parts, which means that the wheelhouses are characterized by the highest quality with the highest comfort. We are constantly developing and innovating this.
Cranes (car)
car cranes Ruijtenberg Shipyard supplies, among other things, BÜTER inland navigation cranes: robust, sleek and space-saving. The entire design is specific to the high loads in inland shipping; the telescopic extension tube is carried out by means of solid rollers. A whole range of cranes is offered, from small fixed gangway cranes to large hydraulically extendable cranes. Showpiece here is a crane with a lifting capacity of 2500 kilograms and extendable up to 24 meters.
Winches
winches Ruijtenberg Shipyard supplies electric, hydraulic and pneumatic winches to inland shipping for every type of ship. Our anchor winches (and accessories) are designed and manufactured with the aim of being low-maintenance, robust and solid in use. In addition, we also provide service to our and other winches.
Repairs
Ruijtenberg Shipyard has two repair quays, an outfitting jetty and a bank (110 metres) with which we can get your ship completely out of the water. This offers many possibilities, such as: - Create class / inspections - Damage repair / maintenance - Lengthen / Shorten - Conversion / renovation - Underwater ship Our employees are true experts when it comes to technical aspects on board. They know everything about both the electrical and the hydraulic side, but also about the ironwork. We find personal contact very important in this process, so that you know exactly what is happening with your ship.
Constructions
Constructions The shipbuilding department of Ruijtenberg Shipyard is also extremely suitable for creating and delivering construction work. Lifting systems
The lifting systems are specifically developed for any type of ship and wheelhouse. They can range from single-stage columns to multi-stage columns. For smaller lifting heights, the wheelhouses can also be equipped with a hydraulic system in which the wheelhouse is set up on four lifting cylinders.
Service
We are available 24/7 for malfunctions. Ruijtenberg Shipyard repairs and maintains your ship on location. In addition, inspections and tests are an important part of the maintenance of the lifting column and truck crane. Our service technicians are technically and hydraulically expert through practical experience and training. From Raamsdonksveer we visit ships in the Netherlands, Belgium but also further in Europe.
