About us

SolidQMS is a cloud-based QHSE platform for the maritime sector, designed to give organizations full control over compliance, safety, and risk management. The platform supports shipping companies, shipyards, and maritime service providers in meeting international standards and regulations from ISM and ISPS to ISO 9001.

Safety and compliance are not an afterthought, but the core of every maritime operation. SolidQMS ensures that organizations are always audit-ready, risks are identified at an early stage, and safety incidents are followed up in a structured manner. Where traditional systems focus on administering compliance, SolidQMS emphasizes the process itself — so that compliance documentation follows automatically as a result, allowing crew and shore personnel to focus on what truly matters: safe and efficient operations.

The platform is built around the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycle and offers modules for document management, audits, non-conformities, risk management, training, and incident registration. Risks are made transparent, embedded, and actively managed — from the bridge to the shore office. Automated workflows reduce administrative burden and ensure full traceability of actions and improvements.
