In 1992, the founder and owner Teus Vlot took the step towards independence. With an extensive knowledge of diesel technology and the necessary years of experience in this area as valuable baggage. He started the company under his own name. The name remains unchanged and today, the Teus Vlot group is a strong combination of specialized companies under one roof. Together we offer a wide range of services and products for customers in the world of inland waterway shipping, coastal shipping and industry. At Teus Vlot we rely on our experience of more than 27 years and our distinctive service minded attitude.

Electro-technical installations and electronics are an integral and essential part of the power, operation, monitoring and control of (seagoing) ships, dredging equipment, industry and rolling stock. Overhaul
After long hours of hard work there comes a time that your (diesel) engine is due for (partial) overhaul. By thorough cleaning and multiple ways of inspection, every component can be checked for re-usability. Wear parts are replaced for new and your component or complete engine is ready for an extended life. We keep everything running; - Ultrasonic cleaning. - Pressure test and surface machining of cylinder heads. - Fitting of valves and valve seats. - Fitting and repairing engine blocks. - Drilling, boring and honing of engine blocks. - Machining of engine blocks. - Repairing and overhauling of connecting rods. - Overhauling of turbo, water pumps, injector nozzle's and other engine components.
