Are you analytically strong and do you get energy from smart inventory management and purchasing? At ODS you will work as a Junior Buyer in a close-knit team to optimally manage our inventory and coordinate this with sales demand. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a junior buyer, you are a key member of our team. In this role, you will manage purchasing processes and ensure inventory levels meet the demand from our sales departments. You will determine requirements and schedule incoming shipments. You will negotiate purchase and sales prices and delivery terms, handle material claims, and assess the quality of suppliers.

Your duties:

Monitor inventory levels using inventory management systems, identify changes in the product range, and prevent impending shortages.

Propose ways to continuously improve inventory;

Map the impact of changes to inventory policy and propose solutions for their implementation;

Monitor incoming and outgoing goods and store them properly. Process and manage requests from factories (projects);

Place and follow up on orders with suppliers.
