European Sales Manager

In this role, you are responsible for realizing growth in Europe by acquiring new customers and expanding Tank Eye market position. You combine consultative selling with a practical, field-based approach and translate complex technical solutions into clear value for various stakeholders, such as HSE, Operations, Quality, and Management. You lead the entire sales process: from prospecting and account targeting to technical/commercial discussions and deal closing. Additionally, you develop and execute a European go-to-market strategy, build market visibility through trade shows and demos, and ensure reliable forecasting via CRM. You sell leading closed-circuit and zero-emission measurement and sampling systems. European Sales & Business Development

In this role, you play a key part in Tank Eye’s European growth. You are responsible for attracting new customers and expanding our presence within terminals, refineries, chemical sites, and related industrial segments. You combine consultative selling with a hands-on approach in the field and know how to translate complex technical benefits into concrete value for diverse stakeholders, including HSE, Operations, Quality, Procurement, Surveyors, and management. You manage the entire sales process end-to-end: from target account selection and opening new doors to leading technical and commercial discussions and successfully closing deals. Additionally, you develop and implement a European go-to-market strategy per country and market segment, focusing on promising verticals and – where relevant – partner and channel models. You represent Tank Eye at European trade shows, demonstrations, and industry events, where you position our enclosed measurement and sampling systems as the industry standard. Reliable forecasting, tight CRM usage, and a healthy sales pipeline are essential. You sell leading solutions such as vapor lock valves, closed measurement and sampling systems, zero-emission sampling solutions, and complementary analysis technology.
