Sales Support Employee (fulltime & parttime)
With this role, you will be at the center of action. You will collaborate with various departments such as our warehouse, sales team, and the financial department. Additionally, there is extensive communication with customers/suppliers via email, phone, and at the counter. It is a broad role that you truly need to grow into, with the possibility to shape your workday and further develop your skills.

It is a broad role that you truly need to grow into, with the possibility to shape your workday and further develop your skills. Tasks associated with this role include:
- Checking incoming order confirmations.
- Generating certificates for customers.
- Approving and reviewing incoming invoices.
- Monitoring backorders and delivery times for (re)deliveries.
- Creating labels for our store and upon special customer requests.
- Handling shortages/errors/returns and maintaining their records.
- Keeping product information up to date.
What do you need exactly?
You should enjoy working in the world of maritime and shipping. A (almost) completed vocational education (mbo) is a good foundation. If you're looking to make a career switch, we welcome you for a discussion! If you have a pre-university diploma (havo), we're also interested in hearing from you!
It's desirable that you have a sense for accounting in general, with experience in a system like Exact being useful. You should be proficient in the Microsoft Office package. Regarding personal qualities, we are looking for a team player who can increasingly work independently. You are collaborative, work in an organized, accurate, and efficient manner. In summary, with your arrival, we aim to elevate sales support to an even higher level!
