Work planner

As a Work Planner at Zwijnenburg, you ensure shipbuilding and refit projects run smoothly. You connect the workshop, engineering, and project management teams.

What will you do?

* Prepare and plan production and assembly activities
* Create work orders, material lists, and schedules
* Read technical drawings and specifications
* Coordinate with the workshop, engineering, and suppliers
* Identify bottlenecks and help find solutions
* Monitor quality, progress, and costs

What do you bring?

* Experience in shipbuilding or metalworking
* Background as a welder, fitter, fabricator, or mechanic is a plus
* Experience in or ambition towards work planning
* Technical insight and ability to read drawings
* ERP experience is an advantage
