For the Concordia Damen container barge project at Maasbracht Shipyard, PS Marine Coatings prepared the paint specification and was awarded the contract to supply the paint. The six steel container barges are being preserved by Verbunt BV. The first two units — 30 Box Barge Blackbird and 20 Box Barge Bann — have since been successfully launched. Next week, they will make the crossing of the North Sea to London, where the English company Cory Group will deploy the barges on the River Thames for the transport of waste.
