Transfer of Drive and Control Technology Hartholt to Visser Nederland

As of January 1, 2026, Aandrijf- en Besturingstechniek Hartholt from Dalfsen has transferred its activities to Visser Nederland in Zwolle. This ensures the continuity of the company and preserves the accumulated knowledge and service for customers. Signing moment (from left to right): Alie Hartholt, Henk Hartholt, and Christiaan Post. Visser Nederland continues Hartholt's services, taking over both the existing customer base and ongoing projects. The product range – including MecVel electric cylinders and jacks, Fuji frequency converters, and Fimec saw and high-speed motors – is also being integrated within Visser Nederland. The entire Hartholt staff is moving to Zwolle. Henk Hartholt will remain on board to carefully transfer relationships and technical files. This ensures a smooth transition for both customers and suppliers. In daily practice, little changes for customers: contact persons, service, and working methods remain familiar. By combining expertise, facilities, and product range, additional benefits and greater technical clout for the future are created.
