Epo-chem™ RA 500M is a solvent-free, highly chemically resistant, glass flake reinforced epoxy that is suitable for a wide range of applications. It can be applied to damp substrates. This makes it extremely suitable for drinking water tanks (NSF-certified).
RA 500M can be applied as a topcoat on primers, or as a single-coat system. The required pretreatment for the CHEMCO RA500M is SA 2.5 using a Tercoo brush, bowl brush or pneumatic chipping hammer.
RA 500M combined with RS 500P makes a multifunctional, very robust coating system that is widely used in many industries. RA 500M is fully compatible with all surface preparation methods (sandblasting; water blasting; mechanical).
