MarFlex Deepwell cargo pump

The MarFlex deepwell cargo pump is a vertical single-stage centrifugal pump powered by an electric motor and robustly constructed to efficiently empty any cargo tank.

The size and design of the pumps depend on capacity (m3/hr) and head (mlc), s.g, and viscosity.  In the ‘DOUBLE’ design of the MarFlex Deepwell Pump, the drive shaft is in a separate pipe next to the discharge pipe. 

The deepwell pump has four main sections;

The electric motor (located on deck)
Deck arrangement (including top cover and deck trunk)
Pipe stack (located in the tank)
Pump head (located in the tank)
