Service engineer
As a service and installation engineer, you will board inland vessels for installation or service work. We are mainly active in the inland shipping industry. As soon as we receive a malfunction or order, you go there in your company car to solve the problem. You ask the captain/skipper the exact complaint description and then you get to work to solve the problem. Besides service work we also do various installation work, this can be a complete new-build ship where we connect and commission the navigation and communication equipment or a refit/rebuild where for example only the pilot is replaced.
Preferably you already have some experience, but also without experience you are welcome. We will gladly train you. You will gain knowledge of the equipment through courses and an induction period by a colleague.
