Operational Lead
Seafar makes shipping smarter and more sustainable by operating vessels remotely from our Remote Operations Centers. As Operations Lead, you play a key role in scaling our core business: remote navigation. You turn signed deals into operational success. You own the full operational chain: from system integration and vessel activation to remote operator deployment, regulatory compliance, and daily ROC operations. Your goal: grow remote navigation hours at scale, while building a reliable and scalable operations organisation. 7–10 years of experience in Operations, Customer Success, or Service Delivery, ideally in a scale-up. Proven people leader with a strong track record in operational scaling. Hands-on, decisive, and calm under pressure. Excellent communicator in Dutch and English.
