Service Coördinator
For our international service and aftersales department, we are looking for an enthusiastic coordinator.
What will you do?
You will schedule time slots for service and repairs of installations, ensure that customers are informed, and that technicians know exactly when and where they are expected. If a schedule is not feasible, you will notify the right people and arrange new appointments. You will carry out your work in the office and share a space with other service coordinators. You will advise our partners when needed about service and warranty for our products. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for the overall coordination of all service projects assigned to you for your customers. All of this with the goal of meeting customer expectations!
Other jobs
Service Engineer Elektro
To expand our Electrical Service Department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Service Engineer for both our electrical and electronic systems. If you are someone who can work solution-oriented, then this role is definitely for you! Depending on your level of knowledge and experience, you will either start directly with the big tasks or follow an extensive onboarding program where you will discover the ins and outs of our electrical/electronic solutions. In the latter case, you will be guided by experienced colleagues. Once you understand and master the technology (or if you already have experience, right away), you will take on more responsibilities. Good to know: regardless of the level at which you start, your work has an impact, as every inspection and repair you carry out keeps or puts ships back on course. Plus, you'll be traveling around Europe. You will work from our service workshop in Gorinchem and aboard ships both domestically and internationally. A very varied job!
Service Engineer
Guide customers to safe harbor. Depending on your level of experience and knowledge of maritime engineering, you will either start right away with the big tasks or follow an extensive onboarding program where you will discover the ins and outs of our solutions. In the latter case, you will be guided by experienced colleagues. Once you understand and master the robust technology (or if you already have experience, immediately), you will take on more responsibilities. Good to know: regardless of the level at which you start, your work has an impact, as every inspection, repair, and overhaul you perform keeps or puts ships back on course. Plus, you will be traveling across Europe. Every year, there are assignments where we fly in teams to investigate what is causing the issue on-site and to resolve those problems. This makes the role attractive for technicians who want to expand and deepen their expertise in a challenging and large-scale maritime setting.
