You recognize the essential importance of sustainable knowledge retention and are capable of transferring this knowledge systematically and bridging generational gaps.
In this versatile role, you combine hands-on work as an all-round ship metalworker with actively guiding aspiring professionals, consisting of apprentices, school leavers, (junior) employees, and lateral entrants. You recognize where aspiring professionals can still grow and provide the necessary practical support to achieve this. In this way, you guarantee a continuous flow of development so that aspiring professionals can advance within our organization.
