      Shipbuilding and projectmanagement

We can be deployed in the (partial) fitting out of inland vessels. For example we provided the complete deck line system of several newly built tank ships. Oonincx is also the most appropriate party in managing projects such as the fitting out of inland vessels, from hull to delivery. We work closely with various ship builders and among other things ensure supervision on the build, coordination of the fitting out, the commissioning and supporting the trial run.

    2. Smart Pumping Solution

      Smart Pumping Solution

Smart Pumping is a system for simultaneous, automatic, energy-efficient unloading of multiple tanks on a ship carrying liquid cargo. This system can be integrated into new ships or retrofitted onto existing vessels equipped with MarFlex deepwell pumps. The system optimizes pump performance, resulting in significant energy savings (up to 40%) and reduced CO2 emissions (approximately 100,000 kg per year). In case time is of the essence, during fastest possible discharge the system always avoids cavitation, which benefits the lifetime of the pumps. Connection to “green” shore power is also feasible.

SOSc - SEVEN OCEANS SIMULATOR CENTER

SIMULATES COMPLEX MARITIME OPERATIONS Maritime operations are becoming increasingly complex: ships are getting bigger, traffic is increasing and weather patterns are becoming more unpredictable. Safe execution of these operations requires a capable and well-trained crew. The spherical simulators in combination with a movable bridge will be unique in the maritime world and allow crews to experience the ship before it is even built. The new facility will also be used for research and testing innovative developments. Some examples are the application of virtual reality, operational advisory tools and the testing and monitoring of autonomous ships. IN-HOUSE DEVELOPED MANEUVER AND SIMULATION SOFTWARE SOSc simulators run on the in-house developed maneuvering and simulation software Dolphin. It allows simulating the full range of maritime operations, from simple ship handling to high-risk multi-player offshore operations, and from maneuvering ships to planing ships. To accurately predict the hydrodynamic behavior, the combination of MARIN's test facilities, prediction methods (such as Computational Fluid Dynamics) and full-scale measurements is essential. KEY FEATURES Optimizes nautical operations with excellent hydrodynamics modeling. Prediction of hydrodynamics, including all interactions between ships, offshore structures and environment. The latest visualization, virtualization and motion cueing techniques. Accurate observation of the behavior and interaction between operators. Measurement and feedback on operator performance and workload. A research platform for new control techniques and human-machine interfaces to improve situational awareness during an operation. All simulators can be linked to realistically simulate multi-ship, multi-tool operations.

    4. SP2700 control system

      SP2700 control system

The type SP 2700 is a real-time redundant digital steering installation with a control and alarm system. Three options are built into the system, allowing you to choose between main or pilot steering or directly linked emergency steering. FU steering is optional. Alarms are indicated directly on the SP 2700 starter unit. A unique characteristic of the SP 2700 is its software, which simplifies and improves the start-up process, maintenance and services. In addition, the system was developed with the latest technologies and is in accordance with current and expected regulations. The SP 2700 system consists of: - SP 2700 alarm and control panel - RI 2700 rudder indicator - TMU 2700 feedback unit - SP 1000 control and starter unit The SP2700 is extra safe and performs considerably above its class. This is because the system was approved and tested for marine standards in enclosed spaces with ambient temperatures from -5° up to +70°.
