Stainless steel compensator with welded ends
Stainless steel compensator with welded ends - available from DN 32 to DN 500 Stainless steel compensators, also called stainless steel expansion pieces, are used for installations that are subject to movements. These movements can vary from very slow (thermal expansion or contraction) to very fast (vibration). Thermal expansions can cause unfavorable material stresses in pipes. Installing compensators prevents this unwanted material tension. Vibrations also cause tension and cause disturbing noises in the working and living environment. Installing compensators prevents this.
FlexConnect - Grip coupling
FlexConnect NBR - Grip coupling - Equivalent Straub / Norma connect The grip coupling is designed to replace the need for flanges and welding with a quick and easy solution for joining pipes. The grip coupling has two anchor rings that are placed next to, but separate from, the sealing mechanism. Suitable for pipe material: carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, GRP, most plastic. Suitable for most applications in shipbuilding, offshore industries, water and waste processing, industrial process piping etc. All our grip couplings are Lloyds, DNV, Bureau Veritas approved.
Alfagomma Rig supply hoses
Flexind offers a complete range of bunker hoses & offshore hoses, fittings and accessories for a wide range of applications in loading and unloading operations from supply vessels to offshore platforms including: Fuel hoses, liquid mud hoses, bulk material and drinking water hoses. Silicone bellows "Blue" Lloyds Type Approval
FlexInd's silicone bellows are perfectly resistant to both high temperatures and pressure. Zuren - Beitsen - Passiveren
FlexCoating, een specialist van zuren, beitsen en passiveren van staal We hebben beitsbaden voor het behandelen van koolstofstaal en roestvaststaal (RVS). Na het bad wordt het materiaal onder hoge druk afgespoeld en warm gedroogd. We passiveren het materiaal, tenzij de wens anders is. Tenslotte wordt het materiaal afgedopt. Er vindt nog een finale controle plaats en desgewenst leveren wij een certificaat en/of wordt materiaal separaat verpakt. Als blijkt dat het materiaal sterk vervuild is, stralen wij het materiaal eerst in onze straalcabine. Om te constateren of dit nodig is, moeten wij het materiaal zien. E.e.a. zal uiteraard altijd in overleg met de klant plaatsvinden.
