🤓 Main responsibilities
Cooperate with a team of captains and skippers, to monitor and guide different vessels in a safe and efficient way
Monitor the operations of multiple vessels from the Shore Control Center, using all available IT systems and tools
Ensure timely and reliable operations of the SEAFAR-controlled vessels, by applying safe and proven operational procedures.
Cooperate closely with your colleagues (f.i.: giving feedback to the R&D colleagues for adjustments and improvements of the processes and systems)
Job requirements

Bachelor or Master (Maritime School/STCW education) with experience in the maritime or inland waterway sector
Have a valid drivers license
Excellent German & English communication skills (any other language is a plus)
Is willing to undergo training to build up the knowledge and skills specific to this job
