Tasks and duties:
– Maintain, answer and process email from the administration mailbox.
– Checking, coding and processing purchase invoices.
– Updating board administration (hours, shop and tip money statement).
– Creditor and debtor administration.
– Preparation of sales invoices.
– Registration of PO numbers.
– General administrative support.
Education and experience:
– A completed MBO education level 4, preferably in a financial field.
– At least 2 years’ experience in a similar administrative (support) position.
– Knowledge of financial, administrative and accounting work.
– Familiar with the Office package (Word, Excel and Outlook).
– Knowledge of AccountView is an advantage.
– Good command of Dutch, English and (preferably) German language.

– Able to work independently but also in a team.
– Driven and friendly personality.
– Assertive and eager to learn character. A real self-starter.
