What are you going to do:
Working as a diesel mechanic at a diesel engine company in the shipping industry. A challenging and varied function. Our company specializes in the engine brands Cumrnins and MAN. In summary, you will do the following:
Overhauling Diesel Engines.
Diesel engine maintenance.
Troubleshooting the Diesel Engines.
Work on board the ships (sometimes in the workshop).
Administrative work for completing repair and measurement reports.
What do you need:
For this position we are looking for motivated and driven technicians who have a passion for tinkering with Cummins and/or MAN engines. We request the following job profile:
In possession of a minimum MBO diploma.
Some experience in shipping is an advantage.
Willingness to work abroad at times.
Mastery of Dutch and English language (German is an advantage).
Knowledge or some experience with electronic motors.
No nine to five mentality.
Willing to run steering services.
Collegial and willing to get the job done in a team.
