As a sailor, you will assist in mooring and disembarking the ship and ensure that guests can get off and on board safely by placing walkways, for instance. In addition, the main responsibilities of a sailor are to maintain, repair and clean all ship's equipment, including the ship itself.
You will assist in all aspects of ship operations and navigation, while maintaining open lines of communication with the rest of the crew and officers. Rivertech is looking for experts who possess all of the following skills when employed with a Seaman's Service Book. In addition, the following attributes are desirable;
Communication skills, physical fitness, attention to detail, mechanical skills and the ability to multitask.
