      Chemco-verf | glasvlok-verf specialiteit van MTC Coating

MTC Coating is a specialist in Chemco coating. We are happy to advise you on the right applications and maintain large stock levels, enabling fast and reliable delivery. Glass Flake Reinforced Chemco Coatings A key feature of many Chemco products is the use of glass flake reinforcement. These glass flake coatings form an extremely strong, dense and chemically resistant layer. As a result, they provide outstanding protection against acids, alkalis and aggressive chemicals. This makes Chemco coatings ideal for vessels that are exposed to heavy chemical loads on a daily basis, such as tankers, offshore installations and engine rooms. Superior Corrosion Protection and Extended Service Life The combination of glass flake technology and advanced Chemco formulations delivers excellent corrosion protection. Metal surfaces remain intact for much longer, significantly extending the service life of hulls, ballast tanks, cargo tanks and other critical ship components. Low Maintenance and Long-Term Performance Chemco glass flake coatings wear very slowly and retain their protective properties for many years. This results in lower maintenance costs and increased vessel uptime. Chemco paint is also well known for its chemical resistance, heat resistance and durability. Its strong barrier properties effectively protect against oils, fuels, solvents and other aggressive substances. In addition, many Chemco products feature low VOC emissions and comply with international environmental standards, making them well suited for sustainable shipping strategies. In summary: Chemco paint and Chemco glass flake coatings provide maximum protection against acids, alkalis, corrosion and wear. A robust, durable and cost-effective solution for modern vessels. 👉 For more information, Visit: https://www.mtccoating.nl/categorie/chemco-verf/ Call: 0031 628749985 Call: 0031 629193398

    3. CK coating 2 component

      CK coating 2 component

PRODUCT INFORMATION Rough one-component deck paint based on alkyd resin and polypropylene powder. Wear- and slip-resistant, helps prevent slipping on decks. KEY PROPERTIES:  Easy to apply.  Weather-resistant and wear-resistant.  Anti-slip effect.  Excellent adhesion. PRODUCT INFORMATION: Binder: Modified alkyd resin. Density: Approx. 1.08 - 1.33 kg/l (depending on colour). Volume solids: Approx. 45-60 % (depending on colour). Theoretical coverage: 8 - 10 m²/litre at 60 µm wet film thickness. Gloss level: Semi-gloss. Shelf life: Approx. 12 months in unopened packaging, store in a cool, dry place. APPLICATION DATA: Application: Brush, roller, airless, and air spray. Nozzle: Airless / airmix 0.015” air spray min. 1.5 mm brush / roller n/a Dilution: Thinner, brush / roller 0-5%, spray application 10-15%. Drying at 20°C: Dust dry after approx. 1 hour. Tack-free after approx. 4 hours. Can be overcoated after 24 hours, depending on the relative humidity. Allow the final coat to dry / harden for at least 72 hours before placing any loads. Recommended dry film thickness: 60 μm. Application conditions: Do not apply in direct sunlight. For the best distribution of the anti-slip granules, apply with a short-haired roller, e.g. velours. Stir well before and during use to continue distributing the anti-slip granules. DELIVERY: Packaging: 5 liters, 20 liters and 200 liters. Color: Basic White/P, TR and (RAL) colors on the KMS. SYSTEMS: Pretreatment Remove all loose old paint layers and sand the surface to a smooth finish. Where the steel shows signs of rust, it must be mechanically removed, cleaned, and degreased, after which a suitable CK Primer must be applied immediately to prevent flash rust. Before applying the new paint system, the surface must have good adhesion properties and be dry, clean, neutral, and free of residue, dust, dirt, grease, rust, mold, and algae.

    4. Closed Sampler GTX

      Closed Sampler GTX

SEARCH Save this page as PDF SUPPORT CONTACT US What Is It? The HERMetic Sampler GTX Chem is a portable gas tight sampler for closed operation with liquid transfer. The transfer of the liquid from the sampling bottle to a laboratory bottle occurs by overpressurizing the upper chamber of the sampler with a pump. It is ideal for the following cases: For applications involving (petro) chemicals with low/ high viscosity When a representative sample of the tank content is required When no gas release is permitted during sampling operation When a differentiated type of sample is required (spot, bottom, running, zone) When 2-inch Tank-Eye Vapour Lock Valves are installed on the tank barge The gas tight construction of the sampler avoids pressure release from the tank and exposure to fumes during operation. The equipment is designed and certified for use in potentially explosive areas (Zone 0). It can be fitted with a specific sampling bottle, allowing zone, spot, running or bottom sampling.
