For example, the ship allows for 18 container lengths to be placed in the hold instead of the usual 17. In other words, a significant expansion of cargo capacity.
The optimised hull shape features low water resistance and adaptability to future propulsion and fuel types. Customers opting for diesel-electric propulsion can opt to have their ship already prepared for full-electric propulsion.
