You are responsible for processing incoming email in the Service mailbox. In addition, you are the point of contact for technical questions from customers. You support the processing of Log analyzes and during customer contact you manage the sale of both Spares and the services of the Service Engineers. You process the commissioning of our systems in the CRM system. In addition, you follow up customer satisfaction surveys and support the RMA process.
