FlexCoating, een specialist van zuren, beitsen en passiveren van staal We hebben beitsbaden voor het behandelen van koolstofstaal en roestvaststaal (RVS). Na het bad wordt het materiaal onder hoge druk afgespoeld en warm gedroogd. We passiveren het materiaal, tenzij de wens anders is. Tenslotte wordt het materiaal afgedopt. Er vindt nog een finale controle plaats en desgewenst leveren wij een certificaat en/of wordt materiaal separaat verpakt. Als blijkt dat het materiaal sterk vervuild is, stralen wij het materiaal eerst in onze straalcabine. Om te constateren of dit nodig is, moeten wij het materiaal zien. E.e.a. zal uiteraard altijd in overleg met de klant plaatsvinden.
